New series MX.1100 & MX.1300

Mixtron is pleased to announce the arrival of the expected new metering pumps for agriculture and water treatment in general. Like all Mixtron products, the new MX.1100 and MX.1300 are pumps engineered and produced exclusively in Italy at our Italian factory, with Italian quality and raw materials. Consistent with our company policy, thanks now to the new automatic production reality that Mixtron has developed in recent months,
all pumps are hydraulically tested and registered in our database for complete quality control and traceability. New Mixtron MX.1100 and MX.1300 volumetric proportional dosing pumps perform effective flow rates up to 11 m3/h (11,000 liters hour) and 13 m3/h (13,000 liters hour) respectively, both, for 0,5-5% dosing ratio.
The project, which basically confirms the same architecture of the consolidated and established smaller Mixtrons of lower capacity, shows the necessary dimensional and structural upgrade proper and required for the greater volumes of water used in agriculture, to which it is aimed. The combination of technopolymers with a high coefficient of mechanical resistance, with other plastics suited to the chemical resistance required for the treatment of acid and corrosive products,
together with mechanical bearing elements in stainless steel, make up these dosers which in these new sizes are equipped as standard with integrated by-pass to preserve the integrity of the internal surfaces from corrosive attacks.
Because of its weight and dimension, this new Mixtron serie is standardized 4 feet supporting pedestals.

MX.1100 and MX.1300 are available in Viton seals & o-rings and, EPDM seals & o-rings versions, based on the required use and additives to be treated.
